Terms of Service, Placement Disclaimer & Refund Policy

By accessing Talentqor.com, purchasing any Career Accelerator packages, or participating in training and referral programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Talentqor provides career preparation services, including ATS resume optimization, LinkedIn profile makeovers, interview prep, skill alignment, and profile introduction to partner companies and overseas startups.

Please read this section carefully:

3.1 No Employment Guarantee: Talentqor is a skill-building, resume preparation, and talent referral platform. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OR PROMISE JOB PLACEMENTS, INTERNSHIPS, OFFERS, INTERVIEWS, OR SPECIFIC SALARY PACKAGES.

3.2 Hiring Decisions: All hiring, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection decisions rest solely and exclusively with the third-party hiring companies and foreign startups. Talentqor holds zero control over employer decisions.

3.3 Candidate Responsibility: Service fees paid for candidate accelerator packages (e.g., ₹2,000 / $25 or similar) cover the effort, time, and digital deliverables of resume creation, mock interviews, and platform access. Payment does not constitute a fee for a guaranteed job offer.

4.1 All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital, custom, and labor-intensive nature of our services (including immediate allocation of resume writers, personalized profile assessments, and 1-on-1 coaching slots), ALL PAYMENTS MADE TO TALENTQOR ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

4.2 No Refunds for Lack of Hires: Payments will not be refunded, credited, or reversed under any circumstances, including but not limited to: a candidate's failure to secure an interview, internship, or job placement; a candidate changing their mind after making a payment; a candidate failing to attend scheduled 1-on-1 coaching or mock interview sessions; or a candidate obtaining employment independently through other channels.

4.3 Duplicate Transactions: In the rare event of a technical glitch causing a duplicate charge for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded back to the original payment source within 5–7 business days upon verification.

Candidates represent and warrant that all information, degrees, previous employment records, and skills provided in their CVs are 100% authentic and truthful.

Talentqor reserves the right to terminate services immediately without a refund if a candidate provides forged certificates, misrepresents identity, or engages in fraudulent behavior during employer interviews.

All proprietary training guides, templates, and website content provided by Talentqor remain the intellectual property of Talentqor. Unapproved redistribution, copying, or reselling of our materials is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentqor, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a candidate's inability to secure employment or an employer's decision to alter hiring terms.

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or using the service with the involvement of a parent/guardian where applicable (e.g. college students under specific institutional programs).

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
